Manufacturing Process Flow

Raw Material (Roll Stock)
Process begins with large rolls of paperboard pre-coated with PE or PLA
Printing & Die-Cutting
Rolls are printed and die-cut into fan shapes and bottom blanks
Fan Stock Handling
Die-cut fans are stacked and fed into automatic cup-making machines
Cup Forming (The Key Step)
- Fan is wrapped around a mandrel (metal cone)
- Longitudinal side seam is heated and sealed
- Pre-cut bottom disc is inserted
- Cup rim is curled and heated to create watertight seal
Curing & Ejection
Newly formed cup is held for seal solidification then ejected for packaging
