Features

The manufacturing of paper cup fan is the first step in the production of paper cups:

Raw material preparation: A large roll of composite paper (paper-based+PE film) is placed on the unwinding machine.

Printing (optional): If a pattern is needed, flexographic printing will be performed first.

Die cutting: The printed roll paper is punched into individual fan-shaped pieces by a stamping machine equipped with a fan-shaped die.

Collection: The stamped fan-shaped pieces are collected and prepared to be sent to the next machine for "cup rolling" and "bottom up" operations.
