Manufacturing Process

Unwinding: A large roll of food-grade base paper (substrate) is mounted on an unwinding stand.
Pre-heating: The paper passes through pre-heating rollers to remove surface moisture and raise its temperature.
Extrusion Lamination:
- Plastic resin (PE or PLA pellets) is fed into an extruder
- Pellets are melted into liquid state
- Molten plastic forms uniform film applied to paper
Pressing and Cooling: Passes through nip roller system for bonding and cooling.
Rewinding: Finished laminated paper is wound into large rolls for further processing.
