Fast food chains and restaurants
Events, parties, and vending machines
Airlines, hospitals, and offices
l. Eco-friendly packaging solutions
⚙ Technology in Action & Operation Line
1. Raw Material Preparation
PE-coated paper rolls are loaded onto machines. This coating makes the cups waterproof and heat resistant.

Paper rolls are flexo or offset printed with logos and designs.
Die-cutting machines cut the printed sheets into fan-shaped blanks for cup walls.
3. Side Wall Forming
Automatic forming machines curl and seal the blanks into cylindrical cup walls using heat or ultrasonic sealing.
4. Bottom Punching & Sealing
Bottom discs are cut from rolls and inserted and sealed into the cup body to create a leak-proof base.
5. Rimming & Shaping
The cup rim is curled and rolled for strength and safe handling.
6. Inspection & Packaging
Cups are checked for leaks, shape, and printing quality, then automatically stacked and packed.
