Production Process

In paper cup manufacturing, these three forms of raw materials work together:

Cup body roll: The cup body raw material used in large-scale fully automated production lines, from printing to forming, is fully automated.
Flat paper: Mainly used for cup body, it is the pre-processed form of cup body roll, used for small and medium-sized or high flexibility factories.
Bottom roll: Almost exclusively used for making cup bottoms. Both large fully automatic lines and small flat paper forming machines require the use of bottom rolls to punch out the cup bottom.

A typical production process for "flat paper" paper cups is: Flat paper + bottom roll = finished paper cup
